Change in Xbox Live Code of Conduct allows members to state sexual orientation

Xbox Live’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”-esque policy has been revoked. In an open letter to Live subscribers on Friday, Microsoft’s Marc Whitten announced an update to the Xbox Live Code of Conduct which will allow users to “more freely express their race, nationality, religion, and sexual orientation in Gamertags and profiles.”
