AloqaAndroid app maker Aloqa has brought Sanjeev Agrawal on board as CEO and picked up $1.5M in funding. Mr. Agrawal is the former Head of Google Product Marketing and joins Aloqa to help them build their location-based service for the Android Platform. He served as a VP most recently at TellMe, a company acquired by Microsoft in 2007.

Aloqa has entered into beta and provides information about businesses and friends near Android phone users.
