145 Fallout 3 screenshots find their way online
Understandably, developer Bethesda Softworks would like to keep control of the information that gets released about Fallout 3 in the run up to the game’s launch. It must therefore be a bit infuriating for them to wake up yesterday to find 145 screenshots of the game available on the Internet.
The source of the screenshots leak seems to be a press event in Taiwan where the game was being shown off. They are clearly not meant to be for public viewing as they contain some spoilers, so if you intend on playing the game don’t look through all of them.
What is thought to of happened is that some of the people who attended decided to totally disregard any NDAs they signed before viewing the game and took pictures. You also have to wonder what the people running the Fallout 3 demonstration were doing and why they weren’t stopped?
From having a quick look through the images it is clear to see this is going to be a very pretty game.
